Social Media Manager (with a focus on content creation; 35h/week) 

paper republic is one of the leading manufacturers of premium leather notebooks and accessories in Europe with one of the fastest growing shopify stores in Austria, selling online worldwide from our workshop in Vienna. We are a dynamic international team of 40 people with more than 10 nationalities who like to develop and implement ideas together.   

We are seeking a social media manager to develop original, captivating content for multiple platforms and oversee our social media accounts, which have over 150.000 followers collectively. 

What your main tasks are: 

  • your voice will shape our digital presence and resonate with our target audience.  
  • craft and edit compelling video content that's not just seen but felt. Your productions should make the paper republic comunity pause, smile, and hit replay 
  • keep your fingers on the pulse of social media trends, translating them into engaging narratives that resonate with our audience and amplify our brand 
  • ensure all the content is infused with our brand’s soul, celebrating notebooks, leather, and craftsmanship 
  • you love diving deeper into the success of your campaigns by keeping a close eye on the performace of our social media channels and the KPI’s 
  • report directly to the head of marketing about your successes and challenges 
  • work closely together with and guide our junior social media associate

Inventory Junior Associate (35h/week)

Objectives

Monitoring all inventory flows and ensuring continuous product availability.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create daily manufacturing orders for in-house production
  • Update reorder points for materials as well as in-house produced items in inventory management software (Katana MRP) on monthly basis
  • Assist in identifying inventory shortages
  • Assist in managing product stock for all distribution channels (B2B, Retail, E-Commerce)
  • Cleanup and maintain inventory management software (Katana MRP):
  • Delete old products, create new products, update costs/prices/operation steps
  • Assist in optimizing and standardizing processes, workflows, and communication with other departments
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Team and other departments to ensure internal goals are met

Key qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics/inventory management
  • Excellent MS-Office skills, especially in Excel
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in German is advantageous
  • Solution-oriented, assertive, and responsible mindset
  • keen interest and a proactive desire to drive changes and implement new processes

Deine Aufgabenbereiche:

Du unterstützt uns bei der Produktion all unserer Leder-Schreibaccessoires.

Du hilfst mit bei der Verarbeitung des Leders u.a. beim Nähen, Schleifen, Markieren, Verkleben, Prägen und Veredeln.

Du hilfst mit bei der Herstellung von Präge- und Arbeitsschablonen.

Du bist für die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards von unseren Leder-Accessoires mitverantwortlich.

Du unterstützt uns aktiv bei der Produktentwicklung bzw. Herstellung von Prototypen.

Du unterstützt uns bei der Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und stellst die reibungslose Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Auftragsabwicklungs- und Einkaufsteams sicher.

Dein Profil:

Du bist motiviert, fokussiert und manuell/handwerklich begabt.

Du sprichst gut Deutsch und/oder Englisch.

Du unterstützt uns bei der Auftragsabwicklung all unserer E-Commerce-Bestellungen (Online-Handel).

Du setzt die Personalisierungswünsche unserer Kund:innen an unserer Prägemaschine um.

Du arbeitest mit beim Produzieren und Verpacken von Waren und Produkten.

Du bist für das Frankieren von Sendungen und den Versand an unsere Endkund:innen verantwortlich.

Du unterstützt uns bei der Sicherstellung der Kund:innenzufriedenheit und stellst die reibungslose Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Produktions- und Customer-Support-Teams sicher.

Du unterstützt uns bei der Einlagerung der Materialien sowie bei der gewissenhaften Bestandsführung (Inventuren etc.)

Du unterstützt uns bei der Produktion unserer Verpackungsschachteln an der Heftmaschine sowie beim Stanzen unseres Leders an der hydraulischen Stanzmaschine.

Dein Profil:

Du hast bevorzugt bereits Erfahrung in der Lagerlogistik und/oder in der Auftragsabwicklung bzw. im Versand.

Du bist motiviert, fokussiert und organisiert.

Du arbeitest gerne nach teils schematischen Arbeitsabläufen.

Du stehst und bewegst dich gerne bei der Arbeit und bist körperlich ausdauernd.

Du bist flexibel und kannst mit stressigen Situationen umgehen.

Du sprichst gut Englisch.
