What are the shipping costs to the UK?
We offer free shipping in the UK for all orders £20 or higher. Delivery cost for orders below £20 are charged at £4.90. Orders are dispatched with tracked delivery with DPD unless otherwise mentioned.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
We dispatch daily from our workshop in Austria to the UK. DPD UK will send your tracking number only once your parcel arrives in our dispatch centre in the UK. It usually takes 2 days from arrival in the UK to your address.
I’m in Vienna – can I pick up my order from your office?
Yes of course! Please contact us to arrange the pick-up of your order. Our office is located in Shopenhauerstrasse 36/2A, 1180 Vienna.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal and bank transfer (through Sofort) in the Eurozone.
Can I change part of my order or cancel it?
You have the right to cancel your order before the point it has been dispatched and obtain a full refund. All order cancellations must be sent to us via e mail at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name, order number and full address. Please note that for embossed products any changes or cancellation must be made within 6 hours of placing your order.
What is your return policy?
We accept the return of unused and unopened products within 15 days of purchase. Unfortunately, embossed products are not available for exchange/refund and are final sale. Please contact us at email@example.com to coordinate a return. Please note that goods are returned at your own cost and the delivery charge for the original order is non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any parcel.
When will I receive my refund?
We process a refund within 7 business days of receipt of your returned item.
My order has arrived but it's damaged, what should I do?
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full (including the original postage charge for refunds). Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain instructions for how to return the goods to us.
Where are your products made?
Our leather products are made in our own workshop in Vienna, Austria and our notebooks are printed in a family-run printing company in Vienna. Our packaging boxes are also produced in Vienna and our wooden boxes are made in Upper Austria.
What paper do you use?
We use 80gsm acid-free, PEFC certified natural paper made in Sweden. Our paper is fountain-pen friendly.
What leather do you use?
Our full grain vegetable-tanned cow leather is sourced directly from a small Italian tannery.
What is included with the grand voyageur leather notebook?
Each grand voyageur comes in our signature gift box that includes: 1 leather cover, 1 plain notebook and a ribbon in colour of your choice.
What can I have embossed on the leather notebook?
We offer one font in upper case and numbers but no symbols for embossing. Embossing for initials with up to three letters is free and there is an extra cost of £9 for or embossing a quote of your choice. Please use the text box on product page on our website to enter the initials/quote of your choice. For any additional requirements such the positioning of the embossed text, please complete the “notes” field during the checkout process.
